PPMs include a schedule of maintenance requirements for a building, which can be prioritised between short-term, medium-term and long-term work, along with budget costs for each task. Reinstatement Cost Assessments
A Reinstatement Cost Assessment (RCA) is a crucial requirement for ensuring adequate insurance is in place for a commercial building. Our assessments are carried out in accordance with the RICS Professional Standard “Reinstatement Cost Assessment and Insurance Claims”. It is recommended to have a renewed RCA every three years to protect against under or over insurance.
